Top 5 Wednesday GoodReads page Here
Welcome back to another Top 5 Wednesday The topic for this week is Top 5 Favourite Series Endings.
Awaken Trilogy – Still Point by Katie Kacvinsky
I actually have a full review of Still Point here on my blog if you would like to check it out.
The final book in this trilogy was a bitter sweet ending in my opinion but as a whole it was a fantastic wrap up to the series. The story came full circle and all the loose ends from the trilogy tied up nicely.
Reboot Duology – Rebel by Amy Tintera
Rebel was a fantastic final book, full of action, suspense, drama and heartache I loved it. The story wrapped up perfectly and didn’t leave you feeling like the story was cut short.
The Mortal Instruments- City of Heavenly Fire by Cassandra Clare
I will be the first to admit The Mortal Instruments is not my favourite series however I have read the entire series and while I didn’t love the series as a whole the final book City of Heavenly Fire is a masterpiece. It brings the entire series full circle and also ties up loose ends from The Infernal Devices. I loved the final book in this series and it couldn’t have ended any better.
The Infernal Devices – Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare
Ah Clockwork Princess, a list of favourite series endings wouldn’t be complete without this book. The way Cassandra Clare crafted this book was fantastic she managed to make the story fast paced, interesting, heart breaking and hilarious all while bring the story to a very satisfying close.
Under the Never Sky Trilogy – Into the Still Blue by Veronica Rossi
Into the Still Blue is hands down my all time favourite ending to a series, the way Veronica Rossi crafted this story was magnificent. The story went full circle within this series and this book in particular was impeccable. While as a reader you are not spared any heartache you are left feeling completely satisfied with the ending yet still craving just that little bit more.
